Shipping and Tracking
We prioritize the prompt delivery of your order, understanding its importance to you. Our team works diligently to ensure efficient shipment processing. Orders are dispatched from our location in Los Angeles, CA within 2-3 business days. For standard shipping, we primarily utilize trusted carriers such as UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, which generally deliver within 2-4 business days throughout the contiguous 48 states.
To keep you informed, an automated email will be sent to you containing your tracking information once a shipping label has been generated for your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking page on the USPS and UPS websites to reflect the latest updates. Should you not see any updates after this timeframe, we kindly request that you reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
We kindly request your presence at the time of delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your package. For orders totaling over $250, a signature may be required. Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to promptly open the package and notify us immediately if you have any concerns. It is important to note that all our orders are fully insured against loss and damage, providing you with peace of mind.
Why isn’t my order status updated when I log into my account?
Please allow up to 5 business days for order status and tracking information to appear.
Tracking shows my label has been created, but there’s no movement. Why is this?
It may take 1-2 business days for your shipping status to be updated. If your tracking information does not appear 2 business days after shipping confirmation, please email sales@constructorsco.com with your order number in the subject line.
My package says “delivered” but I never received it. What should I do?
Your package may be delivered to a mailroom, building doorman, concierge, or even a neighbor who accepted the package in your absence. Please check-in with those individuals first. If you do not have your package 24 hours after the delivery has occurred, please contact sales@constructorsco.com with your order number in the subject line.
My order was lost/stolen, what should I do?
Constructors is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. We recommend checking any camera footage that may have captured the delivery. If you have further questions or an issue pertaining to a stolen delivery, please contact sales@constructorsco.com for assistance with your order number in the subject line.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We unfortunately do not offer same day delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please allow an additional 2 days for processing international orders (any orders outside of the US). This is so that we can confirm your address information and contact you if we need any additional information. Customs fees are dependent on the destination country, if you would like to find your rate, please reference your own customs' agencies website. For any questions, please reach out to us on our contact page.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For International returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus an $8 restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. The online store credit is not transferable to our brick and mortar locations.
Important: Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by Constructors. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund.
